The design is based on two concepts: Modern Contemporary and Tropical Contemporary.
The Modern Contemporary concept is a combination of a flat concrete roof parking place and balcony with interesting pole design. The Tropical Contemporary concept is appropriate to the local climate where tropical characteristics are adapted and used such as double-pitched roof and the use of earth color tones on the facade.
