What to write to us about
- Editorial corrections Spotted a factual error on a property launch page or a service-provider listing? Please include the URL, the specific claim, and (where possible) a source we can verify against.
- Takedown requests If you are a business owner who would like to be removed from our directory, or if you are a developer requesting removal of a launch listing, send us the URL and your verification details. We process all valid takedown requests within five working days.
- Business listing applications To apply for inclusion in one of our home-service categories, please use our apply page which lists the editorial criteria and required information.
- Partnership and media enquiries Press, partnerships, content syndication, and other media enquiries — let us know what you have in mind and we will reply directly.
- Privacy and personal data To exercise any of your rights under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of your information), please contact us at the address above. See our privacy policy for the full set of rights.
- General feedback Suggestions for areas we should cover, services we should add, or articles we should write — we read everything. Most of our category roadmap comes from reader requests.

If your enquiry falls into any of those categories, we will not be able to help and we will recommend you consult a qualified professional.
